3. Gear installation according to drawing operation.
4. When the slot nut is installed, the handwheel shall be turned clockwise to compress the ratchet and friction plates on the brake seat and to fit the slot nut.
5. After cleaning, inspection and maintenance, the hoist shall carry out no-load test and heavy load test to confirm that the work is normal and automatic and reliable. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean, and no sludge or sewage pollution is strictly prohibited.
